Textures, patterns and colors in the natural world capture my imagination and heart. Each painting I create is inspired by one or more of these varying elements of nature.  When I paint, I am focused on the present moment.  It is an exploration that is unpredictable and unfolds for me, with each brush stroke informing the next.
